Job Description
Supporting problems over the phone, email and chat by following ITIL processes Responsible for logging and allocation of the calls
Update the call status to Team Leader and Users by following the SLA
Basic system administration
Effective communication across the teams and users
Deal with client enquiries promptly, efficiently and courteously
Proactive monitoring and managing of network, bandwidth and servers using Network monitoring applications
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly/annual reports as and when required from the call logging system
Make recommendations to Team Lead regarding process improvements
Contribute to overall performance of the team for meeting the SLA
Work Location:Technopark,Trivandrum
