* Proficient knowledge in Linux, webservers, FTP, mail, cPanel, Plesk
* Experience in Apache/php/MySQL troubleshooting
* Knowledge in Nagios, PRTG
* Exposure to troubleshooting server issues, develop solutions to technical issues, handling live chats are desirable.
* Willingness to work in rotational shift
* Good Communication skills are mandatory
