Designation: Technical Operations Executive

Requirements: 

• Red Hat Certified candidates are preferred

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience in server, product, or application support.

• Proficiency with system monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix) and log analysis.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to server management.

• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and experience writing SQL queries.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with team members and customers.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
