Requirements:
- RHCE Certified candidates are preferred
- Excellent customer management and communication skills.
- Min 6 months experience as a Technical Support Engineer.
- Good understanding of netfilter/iptables.
- Good knowledge in Web Servers, NFS, DNS, NIS, MTAs.
- Experience in cloud service providers like AWS, Google Cloud, Azure.
- Profound Experience in Apache, Litespeed, CentOS, Nagios, Cacti, DNS, hosted services, MySQL, R1soft, Wordpress, cPanel, SpamExperts.
- Good knowledge in Automation systems like Ansible, Chef or Puppet.
- Prefer some programming experience (particularly Bash, Shell, Perl, Python, PHP, HTML, MySQL).
- Good knowledge on shell scripting and relational databases
- Hands on experience with control panels like cPanel, Plesk, Direct Admin etc.
- Willingness to learn, teach and be challenged.
- Be selfsufficient delivering assigned tasks we work as a team, but we expect the members of that team to pull their own weight and contribute independently.
- Strong written communication skill in English language.
- B.Tech / B.E in Computer Science / IT / ECE, MCA
Experience : 6 months – 2 years
