*  Excellent ability to handle pressure.
*  Good English language skills.
*  A passion for customer service.
*  Willingness to work in shifts and support multiple clients parallelly.
*  Ability to work and resolve off-shift problems whenever required.
*  Self-motivated team player in a fast and demanding environment.

Job Description  :
*  Providing technical support to international web hosting clients and data centers;
*  undertaking system admin work in Linux and Windows Servers.
*  Shift work is required.

Work Location  :   Kochi
