Job Requirement
Provide desktop support to international clients
Responsible for Antivirus Console Management and ensure 100%  
Ability to handle all desktop applications like MS Outlook,Antivirus tools, etc.
Troubleshoot installation issues with applications andcustom packages
SLA and process adherence
Willingness to work in shifts

Work Location: Technopark, Trivandrum
