Requirements

• Linux server administration (CentOS, Ubuntu, RHEL etc.)

• Working in different hosting platforms like dedicated servers, shared servers, and cloud technologies 

• Handling Level 1 requests from clients and escalate the tickets to Level 2 when necessary. 

• Interact with clients over phone and chat as and when required.

• Monitoring servers and services working in shifts on a 24*7 basis.

• Act as first level of support for all client requests 

• Attend training sessions and do self-learning on latest technologies under Cloud and DevOps platforms 

• Provide DevOps support to clients and developers

• B. Tech / B.E, RHCE / AWS certification is preferable

• Good communication skills
