Develop and maintain high quality web sites and applications that are userfriendly, effective and appealing.
Thorough knowledge of Responsive Design
Work closely with Developers and QA team to address various needs.
Successful delivery of assigned development tasks and projects.
Highly Effective Communication skills is mandatory
Undertake multiple projects, organize priorities and deliver consistently.
Ability to lead designers
Keeping uptodate with recent design trends in American and European markets

Required candidate profile:
XHTML/CSS, HTML5/ CSS3
JavaScript/jQuery
Bootstrap Framework
Excellent Knowledge of Photoshop & Dreamweaver. Illustrator  optional
WordPress, Joomla – theming and customization
Basic knowledge in php and .Net
Working Knowledge of Ajax
Excellent knowledge in browser compatibility issues and its solution
W3C Standards based design knowledge
Strong written and oral communication
Should be able to visualize and create designs keeping standards in mind.
Must be highly organized and committed to team environment.
Should be a selfstarter and team motivator
Should have respect for deadlines
