Requirements: 

• Plan and execute social media campaigns to support marketing initiatives, product launches, and promotions.

• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to inform strategy adjustments.

• Monitor competitors’ social media activities to identify opportunities and threats.

• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, ad creation, targeting, and optimization.

• Generate regular reports to assess the effectiveness of social media strategies and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints on social media platforms promptly and professionally.

• Build and nurture relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and key online communities.
