Requirements: 

• 2+ years of experience in web hosting and support services, 

• Strong understanding of control panels such as cPanel/WHM, DirectAdmin, Plesk, etc. 

• The ideal candidate should be well-versed in web and mail servers, including configuration and troubleshooting.

• Very good understanding of Linux operating system and the commands

• Experience in working on SSH/Terminal is mandatory

• Well versed with server control panels

• Knowledge on Windows server management will be an added advantage

• Possess good communication skills
