Must have very good PHP knowledge (Required) - For example - the resource should be able to code a website like keralamatrimony.com independently.
MYSQL knowledge is a must (Required)
Javascript knowledge is a must (Required)
Apache server knowledge is a must and should know configuration, php settings, ssh commands (Basic knowledge is sufficient)
Must have strong computer knowledge - Basic windows commands, basic hardware knowledge is required
Knowledge of Joomla is an added advantage (optional)
Knowledge of Wordpress is an added advantage (optional)
Graphic design (Especially Photoshop) skill is an added advantage (optional)
Good English communication skills (verbal and written) is an advantage
