Job Description:
Collaborate with respective product teams to resolve issues reported by Jio Points
Provide technical assistance related to business process and apps
New Jio point set up - Training & Operation
Regular on-going support for established Jio points

Skills Required:
Smart, Tech Savvy candidates with good analytical skills.
Ability and inclination to learn business areas and technology quickly
Good English communication skills
