Designation: Network Engineer

Location     :  Kochi

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in software engineering or equivalent.

• Provide Linux, Windows, Hardware Administration for remote hosted & local Office systems.  

• Linux administration tasks  

• Set up Linux machines for various projects and operational needs 

• Install OS, Open Source Applications, etc. 

• Maintain user/group administration/password/etc. 

• Data wipe-out 

• Client computer related support to internal clients. 

• Maintain, support and troubleshoot on client computers. 

• Network administration 

• Troubleshooting on WAN/LAN/Wi-Fi environment. 

• H/W and S/W support the customer by contacting vendor/s support. 

• Coordination with H/W and S/W vendor and perform IT related support to customers. 

• Prepare and provide technical services for customers. 

• Act for the preventative measures, prepare and provide necessary information to improve the stability, security, efficiency, and scalability of the environment. 

• Work independently and collaborate with other teams and team members to develop infrastructure. 

• Perform other work-related duties as assigned
