Qualification: Any degree

Experience: 3+ years in outbound & 1 year as AM operation/Call centre in outbound process.

Skills Required
Good Communication in English & Malayalam, Comprehensive knowledge in Excel/PPT/Word, Good Presentation & Interpersonal Skills.

Team Handling, KPI Monitoring & Achievement, Attrition Control, Client Relations
