3. Ability to handle internal and external client interaction efficiently.
4. Knowledge in MS Office - Word, PowerPoint & MS Excel

Role/Job Descriptions

Sales and Marketing

1. Generate inquiries and sales leads through various channels including online media and close new business deals.
2. Develop negotiating strategies, Examine risks and potentials and estimating clients' needs and goals.
   
3. Coordinate and participate in promotional campaigns as per demand.
   

Human Resource

1. Support HR Team in day to day operations
2. Participate in Coordinating with the recruitment, development and retention management activities
3. Involvement in developing & implementing the HR practices/ policies for the Company
4. Support the activities of placement division as per demand.

Administration & Management

1. Assisting in the administration, HR, Accounts and Sales promotion activities of the Branch.
2. Coordination of training and placement related activities, promotional events.
3. Promotion of the courses and training activities through both online and offline.
4. Coordinating the team meetings and preparation of minutes as per demand.
5. Scheduling batches and assigning faculty.
   
6. Dealing the counter enquiries, Telemarketing, follow-up calls, maintaining relevant registers, Fees collection, cash management etc.

PR and Digital Marketing

1. Write unique and high quality content and revise, edit, and proofread the same for both digital media/ non digital media and Websites.
2. Develop, implement digital marketing strategies to engage the target audience and draw visitors
3. Perform review of company's website content and updating the same as per company requirements.
4. Support promotional activities  and events of the company
