Job Description:
To be fully responsible for the maintenance of customer servers and troubleshooting the identified or reported issues.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Administration of customer servers.
Respond to customer queries or issues in timely manner.
Send weakly health check report of servers.
Maintain server security and conduct security audits.
Installation, configuration and maintenance of different software on servers
Work in a real time environment with time bound response and resolution guarantees.
 
Salary Details: Starting 8,000/-

Experience: 0 to 1 year
