| Job Requirement | Brainstorm with a copywriter to come up with ideas for ad-campaigns. Art Direction and Execution of ad-campaigns, ATL, BTL, POS. Understanding a brief, Visualize ideas. Present and sell ideas internally and to clients. Logo design, Brochure design, Icon design, EDM etc,.. Be a team player, contribute towards brand building and come up with out of box campaign ideas Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of cultural, design, and business trends Maintaining a flexible work schedule, as weekend and extended workdays are sometimes necessary Strong design skills and proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign CS5 or above Knowledge of PowerPoint and Keynote a plus |
