Service Oriented Architecture
Acquaintance with source control tools such as TFS
Strong analytical skills & understanding of real-world business
Experience in Silverlight/WPF with MVVM design pattern
Proficiency in technologies like WPF, Silverlight, Xbox, Windows Phone and Windows 8
Windows Azure skill is a bonus
