Requirements: 

• Solid hands on experience in coding, designing and architecting solutions in Microsoft based pc or web environment. 

• Should be an expert in at least one of the following Microsoft Technologies (.Net framework, C#, ASP.NET, Web services, VB 6.0, MS SQL Server).

• Good verbal & written communication skills

• Ability to work independently.

• Analyse and interpret business/functional requirements into technical specifications

• Ability to interpret business/technical requirements and develop solutions.

• Ensure deadlines are met while ensuring quality

• Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously

• Attend conference calls with clients in US during late evening hours

• Follow prescribed client standards and processes

• Communicate progress/priorities/issues proactively to the tech lead and project manager

• Mentor juniors
