Eligibility:
Diploma (Any computer related subject)
60% Marks for Diploma
0-1 year experience preferred, Freshers are also considered
Troubleshooting capabilities in computer systems.
Basic exposure to Linux work stations and networks.
EXCELLENT written & oral communication skills
Ready to be based in Cochin, Kerala

Job Description
Interact with the customers through mail, chat or phone
Coordinate with the client and the teams
Monitor the servers
Obtain client feedback

Pay package: 10,000/-per month+ (Food & Accommodation) +Rs.1, 50,000/-worth medical insurance per year
