Job Position 1 :   Technology Research & Editor (TRE )

Qualification : BA/BSc/BCom/B.Tech/BE/MCA

Experience  : Fresher

Starting Salary  : Rs.15000-Rs.30000 monthly

Responsibilities:
You will be doing research on various server software technologies available in industry. You may study their installations, configurations, security, application, etc,. and make good technical articles. Most of your researches will be related with Linux/Unix platforms. This is not a software programmer position.

* Good knowledge in Linux
* Excellent multi-tasking ability.
* Able to work in a flexible schedule.

Job Position 2 : Customer Support Engineer (CSE)

Qualification  :  BA/BSc/BCom/B.Tech/BE/MCA

Experience : Fresher

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for helping the clients via help desk , email , phone and chat . You may need to handle clients from all over the world. The candidates applying for this position must have good written and communication skills in English. You will be able to work in a shift based system.
