Job Description	Work with the Business Head, and handle business in the assigned region Develop and understanding of the FACE engagement model and solicit tie-ups with Colleges and Corporates for meeting their training requirements Develop collateral in MS Word or PowerPoint for pitching to potential partners Engage in Business intelligence and competitor mapping to understand the businesses of competitors and design training modules / BD Strategies to clearly differentiate FACE offerings Overall be a champion of the FACE brand They would be absorbed as an intern (probation period) and on successful completion of the probation he/she would be given full time responsibilities with a CTC of INR 5,00,000 per annum (3L fixed + up to 2L performance based incentive)
Work Location	Base Location - Kerala; with extensive travel to interior parts of the state. The candidate should be willing to move to other regions/states as per the company direction/policy
Salary	INR 5,00,000 per annum (3 Lakh fixed + up to 2 Lakh performance based incentive)
