Role:

·         Implementing the HR based Change Management Practices & Policies.

·         Handling  the Recruitment , Development and Retention Management Process

·         Handling the Performance management activities

·         Part Time engagement in business analysis for IT Projects

Skill Set

·         1 to 3 years of Experience in Core HR Activities

·         Experience in handling the Performance Management & Retention Management Process

·         Should be an MBA graduate with specialization in Human Resource Management

·         Preference to candidates with B. Tech Background

·         Excellent language and communication skills to be used in an international context

·         Strong leadership skills and analytical skills.

HR Executive- IT Services

Role:

·         He/ She will be handling the HR based change Management Activities.

·         As a part of this role he/she is expected to work in the team coordinating with the recruitment, development and retention management activities

·         He/ She will be also be involved in the performance appraisal process

·         Part Time engagement in business analysis for IT Projects
