• Deals with software installation, troubleshooting application issues, and providing support with problem analysis.
• Candidate should be able to quickly investigate, troubleshoot and answer the queries.
•  Provide immediate first response to all product & services related inquiries  from clients.
• Have knowledge & experience in IT products related support.
