ipsrjobs.com conducts IT screening test for B.E. / B. Tech, MCA, M. Sc. (CS, IT), B. Sc (CS, IT), and BCA students in their field of technology in .NET/ Java/ PHP/ Android/ Linux/ General aptitude. The screening test is conducted in three phases i.e; written test, online test and a machine test.

First round of selection process, was written test which is conducted at various branches of IPSR. In the next step, the toppers have to attempt an online aptitude test. This will be followed by machine test and telephonic interview. The shortlisted candidates will be considered for IPSR Talent Pool, through which candidates gain better chance to get placed in distinguished IT companies.
